Orders will be delivered within the Benelux within circa 3 working days and outside of the Netherlands approximately 5 working days.

We ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Product prices as displayed exclude all taxes and duties. For shipping outside of EU the NL VAT willl not be deducted. This extra margin will be used for overall handling and shipping costs. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. This is because these goods will be imported. Please inform at your local customs about further details.
The shipping costs are added to the costs of the product. Shipping costs vary depending on your residence. Within the order process you are informed of the shipping costs, before finalizing the order. The standard shipping costs are for packages up to 2 kg.
Shipping costs include registration and insurance coverage up to EUR 500,- per delivery (outside of the Netherlands).
